A strategic entrepreneur who has refined his skills in identifying new opportunities to successfully develop and grow businesses.
With 20 years of experience in business development and finance in a variety of sectors, his expertise is in providing strategic ways to bring ideas to reality.
Dan makes things happen! Having owned and sold two successful businesses he understands the fears of moving on but has always found it to be a positive experience. The search for the right buyers was a lengthy task which is what prompted, Next Chapter.
Interests: A self-confessed numbers nerd who loves all things sports - particularly golf & cycling.
Recent achievements: Pedalling across Europe from Spain to Albania on a self-supported ride. The highlight was cooking for his hosts that he met along the way.
Corinne Fox - Director
Corinne is a branding and marketing ace with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Her varied professional background and creative mind has equipped her with the skills to drive innovation in user experience, UI and product (physical and online) development.
Interests: She is an outdoor enthusiast and avid cyclist.
Recent achievements: Cycled for the Wahoo esports team and competed in the Zwift National Championship Finals on BT Sports in 2019!

5 steps to selling my business.
1. Give us a call or drop us an email to arrange a phone call if you'd prefer.
2. If you feel happy to progress after an initial call, we'll sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and arrange a zoom meeting with you. Seeing faces is so much better isn't it?
3. Prior to the meeting, we'll send a list of information that would be helpful to make our chats as useful as possible.
4. If we all want to proceed, we'll hold further detailed face-to-face meetings to work towards a proposal.
5. If the offer is acceptable to you, we'll sign a Heads of Terms document* and proceed in to the due diligence phase.
Heads of Terms document* A document which sets out the terms agreed in principle between parties in the course of negotiations. Heads of terms evidence serious intent but do not legally compel you to conclude the deal on these terms.
